Medicube AGE-R exceeds 6 million units globally, adding 1 million sales just four months after reaching 5 million
Global beauty company APR (CEO: Kim Byung-hoon) announced that cumulative global sales of its beauty device brand Medicube AGE-R have surpassed 6 million units, further strengthening its presence in the global home beauty device market.
According to APR, as of January 2026, cumulative worldwide sales of Medicube AGE-R beauty devices exceeded 6 million units. After surpassing the 5-million-unit milestone in the second half of last year, the brand continued its steady sales momentum, signaling not a short-term surge but the establishment of a stable and sustainable sales structure.

AGE-R beauty devices have expanded their market base by moving beyond single-function devices to build a diversified product portfolio tailored to different usage purposes and skin concerns. Centered around the flagship Booster Pro, the lineup incorporates multiple technologies, including Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), Radio Frequency (RF), High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), and Electroporation (EP). In addition, integration with Medicube skincare products has broadened the overall home-care experience.
APR attributes the achievement of 6 million cumulative sales to the simultaneous growth of overseas markets and the advancement of its product lineup. AGE-R beauty devices have seen continued sales growth in major markets such as the United States and Japan, while expanding into new regions including Greater China and Southeast Asia. As a result, overseas sales now account for more than 60% of total cumulative device sales.
By product, Booster Pro has remained the core product of the AGE-R lineup, maintaining strong sales momentum since its launch. Notably, APR participated as an official sponsor of the 2025 APEC Leaders’ Summit held in Gyeongju in October last year, presenting Booster Pro devices as gifts to spouses of world leaders—an initiative that helped showcase both product competitiveness and brand recognition. Furthermore, since the launch of its modular device lineup in July 2025, APR has expanded its ecosystem with compatible products such as the Booster Vibrating Cleanser and Booster V Roller, building an integrated AGE-R device universe centered around a single core device.

An APR official stated, “Surpassing 6 million cumulative sales of AGE-R beauty devices reflects the continued trust consumers place in our brand. Moving forward, we will further strengthen our position in the global home beauty device market through ongoing technological advancement and enhanced lineup competitiveness.”
